Our Appointment Policy

 To ensure our guests receive the full experience, we request that you arrive on time. If you are late for your appointment, we will have to shorten your experience and you will be charged for the full service.

We may require a non-refundable booking fee to reserve any services. Booking fees are in the form of a gift card 
and will be applied to your service when services are received. In the event of an emergency, we will allow a onetime transfer 
of your booking fee with 24-hour notice. Emergency booking fee transfers are at the discretion of the management.
 If you fail to contact us or do not show up for your appointment, you will be charged a new booking fee 
for your next scheduled appointment. 

After 2 no show appointments we regret that we will no longer be able to schedule appointments for you.



Our Salon's Policy


We hope everyone leaves the salon happy with the services they receive.

If for some reason, you are not happy with your services, we want to know. We are pleased to change anything that is making you feel unhappy. To do this you must come in for a complementary return appointment within 7 days of the original service. For nails and pedicures you must come in within 2 days of your original service. If for some reason you can not come in within this time frame please note that we

do not refund money back. We understand there are unforeseen issues that might keep you from returning, however, we can not offer this return service beyond this time frame. Please call us as soon as possible to let us know how we can help.
